What will we go through in the workshop?
In the workshop, we will go over a solid and technical foundation of milk frothing, its temperature and texture.
We will learn how to avoid the common mistakes of a talented barista and how to achieve the result of homogenized milk.
In addition, we will learn about basic milk art and practice for practical and easy practice using only the hand.
Who is the workshop suitable for?
A barista starts at a coffee shop or anyone who prepares at home. Anyone who already has a basic foundation and wants to delve deeper into the subject of milk and its forms.
You can also reserve a private/double/group table for a team of employees or just for the family for fun :)

In the workshop we will mainly work on practicing with cow's milk, but of course there is an option to practice with plant-based milk.
It is possible and even recommended to bring your own whisk from home so that you can practice on a regular whisk that you use every day.
The workshop can get a little dirty, we recommend non-white clothes and not the most important shoes ~
