In the center of the studio stands an impressive white marble communal table around which the next big change in Israeli coffee consumption culture is about to take place.
The same table can accommodate up to 10 people at the same time.
In the workshop we will smell, taste and discuss coffee. A number of different forms of brew will be served from the single varieties we import from different parts of the world and are brewed right here in the studio.
We will smell the aroma of each coffee, appreciate its body and acidity, and taste its aftertaste.
We will talk about the differences between each form of brewing, and how the flavors of the coffee beans change in the different forms of brewing.
