What will we go through in the workshop?
In the workshop we will understand the fascinating work behind a cup of quality coffee. We will talk about what factors affect the taste of coffee: including varieties, terroir, production methods, roasting and brewing, we will showcase our unique coffee roasting and finally - and most importantly: we will hold professional tastings that will stimulate all your senses. The tastings will take place as they are done around the world, according to sca in unique cupping bowls, with a special tasting spoon and a special scoring sheet.
Who is the workshop suitable for?
For every person who wants to deepen their knowledge of coffee, with professional experience of distinguishing the various parameters. No prior knowledge is required.
