In the workshop we will understand the fascinating work behind a cup of quality coffee. We will talk about what factors affect the taste of coffee: including varieties, terroir, production methods, roasting and brewing, we will showcase our unique coffee roasting and finally - and most importantly: we will hold professional tastings that will stimulate all your senses.
The tastings will take place as they are done around the world, according to sca in unique cupping bowls, with a special tasting spoon and a special scoring sheet.
