Brew Guide

1. Heat water to 95 degrees
2. Open the aeropress, turn it over, fill it with 18g of fine to medium ground coffee
3. Insert a filter into the cap and wet the paper
4. Fill in the 50g of water and wait about half a minute
5. Fill the vessel almost to the end (200 more ml) slowly and mix
6. Close the Aeropress
7. After 2:00 turn the vessel over on a carafe, press all the way down and drink.
